Thai company to install furniture for condos

SPS Group, a Thai company that produces furniture for condominiums and apartments, has established a distribution agreement with Cambodian construction company Alextoria Buildmart for its MODAR line of furniture.

The new partner-ship will begin installing Modar furniture in condos and apartments throughout Cambodia starting August.

According to a company press release, Modar expects its furniture export to increase by 20 per cent as compared to 2014.

Last year SPS had 12 condominium projects, valued at $4 million in total,whereas this year they plan increase their portfolio by 10 more projects, worth $10 to $15 million altogether.
