Dai-ichi Life Vietnam and HDBank form bancassurance partnership
Dai-ichi Life Vietnam and HDBank yesterday signed their exclusive 10-year bancassurance partnership agreement at Hotel Nikko Saigon.
Under this agreement, effective from July 2015, Dai-ichi Life Vietnam, part of Dai-ichi Life- the second largest life insurer in Japan, will be the exclusive supplier of life insurance products and health riders through HDBank’s extensive network nationwide.
As well, Dai-ichi Life Vietnam will introduce to its customers the advanced banking services and utilities of HDBank. With this long-term strategic partnership, Dai-ichi Life Vietnam is expected to become one of the leading players which pioneer the long-term bancassurance partnership in the Vietnamese market.
On their side, HDBank- one of the top 10 commercial banks in Vietnam with more than 25 years of experience- continues to provide high-quality protection solutions and financial plans to its customers, which helps diversify its portfolio of products, services, and distribution channels.
Besides, all customers of Dai-ichi Life Vietnam shall enjoy the convenience of paying premiums through HDBank’s premium collection service at more than 220 transaction points nationwide, as well as through its e-banking channels, which is scheduled to launch in the coming time.
This agreement officially acknowledges the long-term cooperation of both parties’ business strategy on the principles of volunteering, equality, mutual trust and benefits.
HDBank and Dai-ichi Life Vietnam commit to creating favourable conditions for both parties’ development and for building a more and more sustainable bancassurance cooperation.
