Spring Fair offers consumer goods for Tet

The annual Spring Fair opened at the central Da Nang City's Exhibition Centre on Wednesday.

About 300 pavilions have been set up by 170 businesses from 18 provinces and cities in Viet Nam. Enterprises from Laos and Thailand are also participating in the fair.

The exhibition aims to provide consumer goods to the local people and visitors in preparation for the Tet (Lunar New Year) festival. Major promotions will be offered during the six-day fair.

The events organising committee has also set up sections offering various cuisines, bonsai corners as well as an entertainment pavilion.

The fair will end on Tuesday.
