Phu Yen licenses luxury tourism project

The People's Committee of central Phu Yen Province granted an investment certificate to Korean company Sunrise Vietnam Co. Ltd. on Wednesday to build an $80 million tourism complex in Tuy An District and Tuy Hoa City.

The complex will include high-end villas, cafes, swimming pools, beaches and restaurants.

The construction will be carried out in three phases, with the first part scheduled to be put into operation in 2017.
