Syrena Vietnam, Savills offer townhouses in Ha Long

Syrena Vietnam and Savills have invited people to invest in 35 townhouses of the Ha Long-based Little Vietnam project in Quang Ninh Province on October 4.

According to Savills, the Little Vietnam project will have 109 townhouses, spread over 248 hectares in the centre of Marina Urban Halong in Bai Chay City in the northern province of Quang Ninh.

The project's houses are being built in the style of the traditional homes of Ha Noi and Hoi An, with 80 Ha Noi-style houses and 29 Hoi An-style houses.

The townhouses will have three floors and a half, two roofs and two fronts and cost upwards of VND2.6 billion (US$123,800) each.

Savills said that the deposits for all 15 townhouses in the first phase have been made, adding that 80 per cent of the depositors are residents of Ha Noi's old quarter.

The project was started in July 2014, and is expected to be complete by 2015.
