Ground broken as Lao, Chinese investors launch city’s newest project skywards

A new joint venture real estate project in Vientiane - Sky City – officially got underway on Thursday, with construction expected to be complete within the next two to three years.

At the ceremony, the Lao Long Full Investment Co., Ltd. signed agreements with the Industrial and Commercial Bank of China and Lao China Bank for financial support for the project.
