Makphet restaurant expands in new location
Makphet, one of the well-known restaurants in Vientiane has expanded its service amid rising demand for clean and delicious food.
The management of the restaurant held a ceremony to open the new venue of the creative outlet at Inpeng village in central Vientiane last week. The new restaurant venue is larger than the previous one and can therefore accommodate more customers.
Ms Ketsone Philaphandet, who runs the restaurant, told Vientiane Times that she decided to move the restaurant to the new location because she wanted to expand the restaurant's as the old one was not big enough for customers.
“We have signed an agreement for 5 years at the new location,” Ms Ketsone, who is also Country Programme Director of Friends International Laos, said.
