Japanese investors take quick disbursement

Director of the planning and investment department in the southern province of Binh Duong, Mai Hung Dung, said that Japanese investors have quickly disbursed funds to many projects granted licences last year.

The two biggest projects, the US$95 million Aeon Mall and $1.2 billion Tokyu Binh Duong Garden City Project, are expected to be put into operation at the end of this year.

Japan is the leading investor of the province with 220 disbursed projects with capital up to $5 billion, according to the provincial people's committee.
