Convenient mobile taxi app for Ha Noi users

Easy Taxi – a leading mobile taxi application in Latin America, Africa, Middle East and Asia, recently entered Ha Noi after its successful debut in HCM City in February.

Since launching in HCM City earlier this year, Easy Taxi, from leading global internet platform Rocket Internet, has been receiving positive feedback from thousands of users as a safe, simple yet convenient taxi booking application.

Together with its Ha Noi launch, Easy Taxi has also offered big promotions in an effort to enhance the taxi travelling experience of more Hanoian users.

Another mission of Easy Taxi in Viet Nam, as in over 160 cities it currently serves worldwide, is to provide an additional channel for taxi drivers and their companies to generate more rides and revenues.

According to Easy Taxi Vietnam Managing Director Alexander Le, Easy Taxi simply acts as a technology provider to connect passengers and drivers.

"Drivers working with us get many more value adds like frequent technology support and customer service training, and play an integral role in our business success in any market," he said.

He also said that Easy Taxi only works with drivers from officially registered taxi companies to ensure users get the best service and safest options for travelling.

With the rapid growth of Easy Taxi in the country recently, the company has plans for this emerging market including expansion into more major cities, continually improving technology and diversifying Easy Taxi's products.

The application was founded in Rio de Janeiro, Brazil in April 2012 and quickly became the pioneer in online taxi services in Latin America. Currently available in more than 30 countries and 165 cities, the app has globally redefined taxi booking.

In Viet Nam, the app currently has been used by more than 50,000 users and over 10,000 taxi drivers.
