Unique wholesale trade city emerging in Bac Ninh Province

Syrena Viet Nam and Asia Trade City Development Company Ltd, will offer investment opportunities in the Asia Trade City (ATC) and the Halong Marina project to hundreds of investors at a workshop in northern Bac Ninh Province on July 26.

ATC, the country's first wholesale trade city project, is set to become a one-stop international sourcing destination located in northern Bac Ninh Province's Viett Nam-Singapore Industrial Park, 28 kilometres from the capital city's centre.

Developed by Asia Trade City Development Co., Ltd, a wholly-owned subsidiary company of the Singapore-based company Asia Wholesale Pte Ltd, ATC is expected to house around 10,000 international manufacturers, traders and service providers of a wide range of product categories from fashion to food items to building materials, when completed entirely.

The project will consist of wholesale trade centres, service apartments, an education village and hostels, multimedia entertainment and a cultural centre with an indoor theme park and international food and beverages outlets.

Little Viet Nam, a highlight of Syrena's Halong Marina project located in northern Quang Ninh Province this year, will also be introduced to investors at the workshop. Little Viet Nam uniquely replicates specific cultures of the country's regions such as old quarters in Ha Noi and Hoi An and is scheduled to be handed over to buyers in 2015's second quarter.

Halong Marina Urban Area project, covering more than 243 ha with sychronised infrastructure also consists of Halong Marina Plaza, Coral Bay Townhouse, Green Bay Apartment buildings and Marina Bay beach which is already in operation.

Syrena is also developing the Anh Duong Apartments with five nine-storey buildings for low-income groups.
