Vinatex to sell shares at VND11,000 each

The Viet Nam National Textile and Garment Group (Vinatex) will offer nearly 122 millions shares at a price of VND11,000 (US$0.52) each on July 22, reported Tuoitre online news.

 

Vinatex will have a maximum three strategic investors, of which one will be in finance while the other two will be in production and distribution.

By the end of 2013, Vinatex reached production capacity of 100,600 tonnes of fibre, 161.4 million sq.m of cloth and 210 million products.

The group's assets are at VND11,830 billion ($563.3 million), of which ownership capital is VND4,964 billion ($236.38 million), revenue is VND11,608 billion ($552.76 million) and after-tax profit reached 272 billion ($12.95 million).
