KK Supply is confident SKF bearings will keep production rolling

KK Supply, a Vientiane-based SKF bearings distributor company, is confident it can supply the best quality bearings to its clients in Laos, especially its customers from the mining sector and local cement factories.

The company's Director, Mr Sinxay Souphaleuangsith, assures customers: “As the SKF bearings distributor in Vientiane, we are confident we offer the best services to our customers as well as provide them with know-how about maintenance or after-sales service.”

KK Supply, in collaboration with SKF (Thailand) Limited, commenced a two day workshop from November 27-28 with a focus on “increasing the efficiency of machines, the process of production with SKF products, services and technologies”.

Technical staff and engineers from companies including Lao Brewery Company, Lao Cement Company, Vientiane Cement Company Limited, J. Family Trading Company Limited, Savankham Electrical Equipments & Machineries Supplies and other industrial companies were invited to the workshop.

“We will go to every industrial company to sell our products and provide them with knowledge in a bid to ensure these companies are able to get more benefits from using our products,” Mr Sinxay said.

Currently, Lao Soft Drink Company (Pepsi), Lao Brewery Company Limited (LBC), Lao Cement Company and other companies are interested in purchasing SKF products, according to Mr Sinxay.

“In the near future, we will go to Nam Theun 2 Power Company and Hongsa Lignite Power Plant to introduce them to our products, how to maintain them and save more time in processing so that they can achieve top quality production,” he said.

SKF (Thailand) Limited's Industrial Distribution and Power Tran smission Products General Manager, Mr Pitak Damrongsuthisilp, said SKF originated as a bearings manufacturing company but it now produces a wide range of high quality industrial p roducts.

“When we mention SKF bearings are more expensive than other products from competitors, we do so because we are confident in the quality of SKF products. Our company is one of the world's leading manufacturing companies; it is more than 100 years old,” Mr Pitak said.

He explained that SKF is represented in more than 130 countries and has around 15,000 distributor locations worldwide.

“It is obviously important for the Asean Economic Community. When the integration of the Asean members takes place, more industrial factories will start to operate in Laos and the purchase of high quality bearings will be a priority,” Mr Pitak said.

“With the considerable experience of SKF, our bearings enable customers to save more time. They won't have to worry about spending much time fixing their machines when it comes to breakdowns because our bearings are very durable,” Mr Pitak said.

SKF is a leading global supplier of bearings, seals, mechatronics, lubrication systems, and services which include technical support, maintenance and reliability services, engineering consulting and training.

SKF (Svenska Kullagerfabriken) was founded in 1907 by a Swedish founder, Sven Gustaf Wingqvist.

KK Supply, the Vientiane based-SKF bearings distributor company, is located at Ban Fai village in Sisattanak district, Vientiane, and stocks or can order any bearings or other industrial products.
