NHOMMUA – The value of customer loyalty

Advertorial - “The loyalty of customers and the confidence of partners are measurements of a successful brand. Nhom Mua has worked tirelessly to achieve these benchmarks and regain the trust of the market by offering quality deals, executing innovative online campaigns and deploying strategic sales & marketing activities. Today, NhomMua.com has become one of the leading and most successful online businesses in Vietnam”. Those are the first words in a talk with Mr. Paul Gemar Espinas – Head of Marketing in Nhom Mua.

Nhom Mua (meaning group buying) is one of the pioneer companies in the Vietnamese market for the group-buying business model. It started operations on October 7, 2010, and continues to offer hundreds of high-quality deals every day.

In light of the current economic environment in Vietnam, however, Mr. Espinas said that when looking at the reaction of the market in the first six months of 2013, the group-buying business model in Vietnam is still demonstrating a positive trend. In comparison to the first quarter of 2013, the revenue results of May and June reflect relatively higher returns due to the growing market demand for resort and travel deals for the summer months.

Like other major companies in the market, Nhom Mua is also focusing ongoing efforts into rationalizing the business model and deal structure system to meet the needs of the Vietnamese market. According to Mr. Espinas, it is inevitable that online businesses will constantly innovate and evolve. This includes business-to-business strategies for the conversion of typically brick-and-mortar merchants into organizations with a greater participation in online activities.

In the coming months, Nhommua.com will be launching multiple 360-degree campaigns and partnership with prestigious brands in the market, something that most of its avid customers could look forward to.

Nhom Mua is committed to offering the best quality products and services to the market with up to 90% discounts in a variety of product categories. With the largest market share in Vietnam in 2012 and outstanding achievements in the first 6 months of 2013, Nhommua.com is positioned for a very promising 2nd half of 2013.
