VN firm wins management contract for tallest building in Myanmar

Viet Nam's Archetype Group has won the project management contract for Diamond Inya Palace, a building set to be the tallest in Myanmar.

Located near the Inya Lake, the building will be a residential complex with 34 stories situated on a 120,000sq.m plot.

It will have 406 apartments including four penthouses and several facilities include a spa, a mini-theatre and a swimming pool.

Work on the Diamond Inya Palace is due for completion in late 2015.

The project greatly enhances the Archetype Group's high-rise portfolio in Asia.

It already has under its belt several high-profile projects under construction, including the Mahanakhon Tower (the tallest building in Bangkok), the St Regis Hotel and Office Tower (one of the highest in Jakarta) and the Sai Gon M&C building (2nd highest tower in HCM City).

Archetype Group Ltd. is a multi-disciplinary construction consultancy firm with a core services portfolio, including architecture, urban master planning, mechanical and electrical engineering, project and construction management, and cost management. The group has operations in Viet Nam, Cambodia, India, Thailand, Laos, Mongolia, Indonesia, Myanmar, Qatar, Kazakhstan and France.
