Joint venture hydraulic company to launch in Vientiane

SV Construction Company in Laos will work with TMC Industrial Public Company of Thailand after reaching a partnership fun ding agreement to establish a new hydraulic equipment company in Vientiane.

The operations agreement for the new company was signed recently in Thailand by the Director of SV Construction Company Dr Khamsen Sisavong and Ms Thabthim Kommongkhonsouk, the Vice Managing Director of the TMC Industrial Public Compan y.

Under the agreement, the two parties will establish the new company in Vientiane, to be known as ‘TMC Lao Assembly and Manufacturing Company,' with initial establishment costs of around 1.4 billion kip (5.7 million Thai baht).

TMC Lao Assembling and Manufacturing Company aims to fill a gap in the growing market for hydraulic machinery in Laos, as well as provide after sa les service and problem solving solutions for industrial enterprises and manufacturers.

The company manufactures a wide range of hydraulic equipment, from hydraulic jacks and lifting cranes, to pallet jacks, hydraulic rams, vehicle hoists, floor cranes and hydraulic presses.

Its inventory of pressing machinery includes hydraulic clapper die spotting presses, hydraulic special presses, hydraulic deep drawing presses, hydraulic die spotting presses, automation machine for interior materials, hydraulic trimming and bending presses, hydraulic hemming presses, and many other varieties.

Presided over the signing ceremony were Mr Somchai Inthapattha, a Lao trade and comme rce representative with the Lao Embassy in Thailand, Associated Dean of the Commercial College Burapha University Dr Banpot Wiroonratch and other invited guests.
