KC residence provides modern accommodation

The residents of Vientiane seem to have become more independent-minded people, therefore the demand for apartments has increased, a local apartment business operator has said.

“Perhaps because of the socio-economic growth, the number of people who prefer to live independently in apartments has increased. So the new KC residence will be a popular choice for our clients,” KC Residence Managing Director, Ms Kaykeo Vongsay told the Vientiane Times yesterday.

She went on to explain that KC residence is a well-furnished apartment complex, located in the centre of Vientiane and easily accessible.

“We don't restrict the types of tenants who may be office workers, foreigners or simply general members of the public,” she said, adding that the apartment building was uniquely constructed and is ready to serve the needs of all its customers.

“The building is ideally located in the centre of Vientiane and we are ready to provide our tenants with a unique quality of accommodation offering high security and advanced facilities,” she said.

Ms Kaykeo said that KC residence was built to serve the demands of its tenants and this has nothing to do with competing with other apartment operators.

KC residence has a total of 14 exclusive apartments and is located at Sisavat village in Chanthabouly district, Vientiane behind the Vientiane Secondary school.

The building is well equipped with CCTV, safeguards, elevators, a swimming pool and a minimart.
