PMC manages Sky City Tower

Property Management Company becomes one of the first companies which were assigned by residents of Sky City Tower to manage the building.

This assignment revealed the exact right of the building’s residents, to choose by themselves a company to manage the building, instead of assigned by the developer in the past.

Residents in this building, through their representative – a management board had been actively in choosing a suitable manager for their commune. This assignment has been seen as a certain trend in the management of modern high rise residential buildings in Vietnam.

With less than 30 per cent of residents are foreign tenants, mainly coming from Korea and Japan, the Sky City Tower consists of 456 high-end apartments, office space for lease and banks’ office.

Especially the centre is also the home for California Fitness Centre – one of the most advanced technology beauty centre in Vietnam.

Apart from that, residents are offered advanced facilities such as children’s playground, swimming pool, supermarket and an intelligent parking lot.

The assignment of PMC to be the manager for Sky City expected to stop raising conflicts between residents and developers in high-rise apartment buildings in Vietnam.

This dispute occurred mostly in high-end buildings, such as Keangnam Hanoi Landmark Tower, Golden Westlake, 93 Lo Duc and many others.

In most cases, the management company was assigned by the developers and could not protect for the residents’ right.

Main conflicts mostly related to the management fees, parking fees and the right to use the public space in the project’s area.

PMC is a professional company to manage office and resident projects. Apart from Sky City, PMC has managing many other projects like Sunrise City, Catavil Hoan Cau, and Hyundai Hillstate.

PMC so far is managing a total of 600,000 square metre floor of office, residential and trading centre.
