Flamingo developer putting on a brave face

Despite the real estate market downturn, Hong Hac Dai Lai joint stock company – the developer of Flamingo Dai Lai Resort outside of Hanoi - is pushing ahead with sales of its Do Quyen and Bach Thanh villas.

Those villas are priced from VND2.8 billion ($133,000) to VND3.7 billion ($176,000) per villa.

Financing considerations call for buyers to have loan up to 60 per cent of the total value of property in 15 years from Vietcombank, with free interest rate in the first year.

Other incentives worth totally more than VND1 billion ($47,000) will also be given to the buyers.

Do Quyen and Bach Thanh villas, the company says, are attracting interest because of their lakeview and their sophisticated and unique design. All of the villas are covered with eco-friendly green roofs.

The developer has also committed to give buyers many incentives when using other high-end facilities of the project, as well as an investment recovery strategy by re-leasing and co-investing programme.

Flamingo Dai Lai Resort inh Vinh Phuc province, 45 kilometres from Hanoi, features many sub-projects offering high-end but different design villas. Among those are Thien Yen, Thien Hac, Lakeview and Hilltop. It also offers facilities such as Flamingo Convention Centre, Bamboo Wings Restaurant, Flamingo Club, Water and Boat Club, Flamingo Spa, Wonder Park, Seaside Bar and sport facilities.

Phillipe Perruchot, managing director of Green Space Property, said that he was impressed by the natural landscape and environment of Flamingo Dai Lai Resort, as well as its convenient proximity to the Noi Bai International Airport.

Located in a 123 hectare site north of Dai Lai Lake, Flamingo Dai Lai takes only half of hour for driving from Hanoi centre and 20 minutes from Noi Bai International Airport.
