Property expo for beginners

Many investors are considering property investment in Cambodia, but not everyone has the knowledge needed to make such costly decisions, industry experts say.

That’s something an upcoming exhibition hopes to solve.

The Cambodia Real Estate Exhibition, at the Diamond Island Convention Center from April 8 to 10, will feature speeches by industry leaders and will showcase residential and commercial properties.

The exhibition will provide information for anyone who wants to buy or sell real estate or learn something about construction before they make investment decisions, Khiev Cany, the director and mana-ger of People Event, one of the event’s organisers, says.

“It will be a good opportunity for investors to meet and discuss property investment together,” Cany said.

“At the same time, the customers may obtain a lot of knowledge related to real estate and construction as well,” he added.
