NST: Notice of convertible bonds to outstanding shareholders (first round)

Ngan Son JSC has annouces time of convertible bonds to outstanding shareholders for the first round as follows:

1. Issuer: Ngan Son JSC

2. Par value: VND100,000/bond

3. Total number of convertible bonds to be issued: 4,288,870 bonds

4. Total amount of convertible bonds to be issued: VND 42,888,700,000

5. Total amount of convertible bonds to be issued in the first round date: 09/11/2012: VND 8,571,100,000

6. Convertible date: 09/11/2012

7. Record date: 30/10/2012

8. Excersice rate: 1:10 ( 01 bond is converted to 10 shares)

9. Rounding principle: When bonds are converted into shares, the number of shares each shareholder receive will be rounded down to unit digit. The remained will be cumulated and converted in the last round.

10. Bond holder receives Ownership certificate of Bond / Ownership certificate of Share after conversion since 25/11/2012. Securities certificate and Identification Card (original copy) are required. In case of authorization, a proxy with certified seal of the local authority is further requested in addition to the mentioned above
