Cushman & Wakefield exclusive leasing agent for Q Residence

Ho Chi Minh City’s Cushman & Wakefield Vietnam branch has been successfully appointed as exclusive leasing agents for Q Residence, a new boutique serviced apartment building situated at 157 Pasteur, Ho Chi Minh City’s District 3.

This 60-unit building is expected to be a favoured choice for expats and locals with comfortable homely surroundings and the benefit of onsite amenities and a full serviced offering in a prime residential location. The building includes fully furnished one bedroom residences from 43-45sqm and two bedroom residences from 53-67sqm with an extensive range of services and facilities including gymnasium, concierge service, 24/7 security, laundry service.

Cushman & Wakefield’s exclusive role is to drive the marketing campaign, manage all incoming and existing tenancies and coordinate all third party introductions. The dedicated team of experienced leasing professionals will launch the project into the market this November.
