* Dividend payment in cash:
- Exercise rate: 12% (shareholder receive VND 1,200 for every 01 share they own)
- Place of payment:
+ For deposited shares: securities companies where shares of shareholders have been deposited.
+ For undeposited shares: ButSon Cement Packing JSC on working days from 07/12/2012. Securities certificate and Identification Card (original copy) are required. In case of authorization, a proxy with certified seal of the local authority is further requested in addtion to the mentioned above.
