Ministry to inspect cement plant projects

Minister of Construction Trinh Dinh Dung will establish a delegation to inspect how cement projects are implemented from 2012-15.

The ministry will base investment in cement projects on the results of the inspection in order to ensure a balance between cement supply and demand.
