More condominiums rolled out for public

The Golden Land complex in Hanoi last week started the sale of the last 60 units in Block B.

Those from 93 to 166 square metre units are offered at VND24 million ($1,150) per square metre.
Golden Land is built on 2.3 hectares in 275 Nguyen Trai street, Thanh Xuan district. It combines four residential 25 storey towers with total of 600 units and a 33 storey hotel and trading centre tower.

With total investment capital of VND4,500 billion ($215 million), the project’s construction now is in its fifth storey and expected to be put into operation in the first quarter of 2014.

Meanwhile CFTD-VLA Building Joint Stock Company last week launched its model unit of the Star Tower to the public. Located in Nguyen Phong Sac street, Cau Giay district, Star Tower offers 140 units and 12,000 square metres of office for lease.

It is estimated that the office for lease of Star Tower to be put into operation in December 2012 and the first apartments will be completed in early 2013.
