NTB to pay 10.5% dividend
The Transport Engineering Construction and Business Investment Stock Company 584 (NTB) announced June 22 was the deadline for existing shareholders to register to participate in its upcoming dividend payout.
The company will issue 3.78 million shares, worth 10.5 per cent of its charter capital, to pay dividends at the rate of 10.5 per cent. It also plans to organise the unusual shareholders' meeting to discuss the issue of raising the charter capital through a private issue to perspective investors.
