Danang Seaproducts Import-Export Corporation has disclosed the results of its General Meeting of Shareholders. The following resolutions were approved:

1. Report from the BOD:

· 2011

- Revenue: VND 1,394.85 billion

- Profit before tax: VND 14 billion

- Dividend payment: 12%

· Plan in 2012:

- Revenue: VND 1,420 billion

- Profit before tax: VND 15.2 billion

- Dividend payment: 10%

4. Select an auditor for financial year 2012
5. Payment for the BOD, Supervisory board 2012: VND 420 million
6. Chair of the board also holds General Manager position
7. Change in company’s policy
