• Profit after tax of the first 06 months of 2010: 51,111,826,851 dongs

• Difference: - 61,830,051,637 dongs

• The first 06 months of 2010 profit after tax majority from activities of land use rights difference wherefore profit after tax of the first 06 months of 2011 decreased compared with the same last year.

• The first 06 months of 2011 revenue decreased because general situation of real states market, input expenses, interest rate increased leading to profit after tax of the 06 months of 2011 loss.
