Stocks reverse yesterday's losses

 Shares bounced back on the HCM City Stock Exchange this morning. The VN-Index added 0.3 per cent to close at 613.77 points.

The VN30 Index, tracking the 30 leading stocks in terms of capitalisation and liquidity, rallied strongly to touch 661.40 points, gaining 1.26 per cent. Only Gemadept Logistics (GMD) and PetroVietnam Transportation (PVT) lost value.

The total trading value and volume reached VND1.48 trillion (US$69.8 million) and 85.13 million shares respectively.

On the Ha Noi Stock Exchange, the HNX-Index stayed unchanged at 88.22 points on a turnover of VND596.2 billion ($28.1 million).

Meanwhile, the HNX30 Index closed up 0.74 per cent to finish at 181.80 points.
