Companies team up to develop electrical enclosure system

The Lao-Asie Patthana Group signed a partnership agreement with Schneider Electric Overseas Asia Pte (Laos) Limited on Friday to develop the Prisma IPM Enclosure System, aiming to produce a quality system able to meet international standards.

They are also planning to meet the needs of customers who wish to use to purchase a high standard product at lower cost.

Country President of Schneider Electric Overseas Asia Pte Limited, Mr Mai-Lam Dong, signed the agreement with Lao-Asie Patthana Group Director, Mr Hiew Thoong Loy.

Electrical Construction and Installation State Enterprise Deputy Managing Director, Mr Bounpheng Aloundeth, along with other invited guests witnessed the signing.

Speaking at the ceremony, Mr Hiew Thoong Loy said the cooperation between the two companies will benefit Lao customers as they will be able to use good quality products.

“This will also contribute to the growth of Laos, when the development of products meets international standards.”

Mr Mai-Lam Dong said the Prisma IPM Enclosure System was the first step in the partnership between the two companies.

Business operations for electrical construction and installation have now become more competitive in Laos.

The partnership project is also intended to supply the requirements of two under-construction projects, Vientiane International Hospital and a water supply system in Savannakhet province, according to the company.
