Vientiane New World Plaza bookings to begin on Saturday

Investors and traders are strongly encouraged to visit and reserve units at Vientiane New World Plaza when the official grand sale takes place tomorrow.

Hundreds of clients have already registered to book space at Vientiane New World Plaza and about 30 VIP clients will compete to pay a deposit, according to project developer CAMCE Investment (Lao) Co., Ltd.

The plaza features a central five-storey shopping mall and walking street with 100 stand-alone stores. Of these, 19 shops will benefit from a special promotion of a 10 percent discount on the original price, on offer at the sales ceremony.

Additional clients can get a discount if they pay a deposit of 8 million to 160 million kip (US$1,000 to US$20,000) on the day of reservation and will get a discount equal to the amount of the deposit if they purchase a retail unit outright, according to the project developer.

The shopping centre is located near the Presidential Palace to the east, and is adjacent to Chao Anouvong Park to the north, providing a great view of the Mekong River.

The shopping complex will offer international brands of products and services at competitive prices and will have a large parking area that can accommodate 1,500 vehicles.

The walking street at Vientiane New World boasts scenic spots, Lao style shops, Lao and Southeast Asian food, cafes, bars, KTV and other business formats.

Vientiane New World Shopping Mall will offer general merchandise, cinemas and kids' activity centres. The first floor will have a modern and huge international supermarket where one can find everything from fresh fruits and vegetables, meat, household supplies, makeup and all kinds of clothing. On the second floor of the mall, shoppers will be given access to the best in international fashion and cosmetics, while the third floor will sell the latest electronics and house a multi-screen international cinema.

For more information, you are welcome to attend the ceremony at the project's sales office on November 8, 2014.
