LCG: LCG moved from supervision to warning status

On September 05, 2014, the Hochiminh Stock Exchange has issued Decision No.336/2013/QD-SGDHCM to move the shares of LICOGI 16 Joint Stock Company (stock code: LCG) from supervision status to warning status as of September 09, 2014.

-         Reason: According to LCG’s reviewed semi-annual financial statements, the after-tax profit of the parent company’s shareholders for the first six months of 2014 is VND13.24 billion, and the undistributed after-tax profit at June 30, 2014 is -VND268.17 billion. Therefore, pursuant to Item 4.2 of Article 16 of the Listing Regulations on the Hochiminh Stock Exchanges issued together with Decision No.10/QD-SGDHCM dated January 13, 2014, LCG is moved from supervision status to warning status.
