Novaland launches tourism property project in Mui Ne

Novaland launches tourism property project in Mui Ne.

NovaHills Mui Ne Resort & Villas is part of the company’s new strategy to invest in tourism property projects.

The nearly 40,000sq.m project will have 600 villas, which the company said are targeted at many client segments from within and outside the country.

All would have views of the sea, be situated at various heights ranging from 15m to 95m, be designed in pish architectural style, and cost from VND7.3 billion (US$320,000), the company said.

There will be villas with two bedrooms and two keys besides normal one-, two- and three-bedroom villas, all with a private swimming pool.

Their s will run from 250sq.m to 300sq.m.

Mui Ne is one of the 10 most beautiful beaches in the Asia-Pacific.

Infrastructure like the Dau Giay-Phan Thiet Highway and Phan Thiet Airport has been developed to make it convenient for visitors.

Novaland said it would develop more tourism property projects in Phan Thiet City to add to ones it already has in Can Tho, Ba Ria-Vung Tau and Cam Ranh.

In the past, it used to focus on the mid- and high-priced housing segments, and has so far completed around 40 projects mostly in HCM City.
