WeWork, a platform for creators that provides the space, community, and services to help people make a life, not just a living, made official inroads to Vietnam with its first location at E-Town Central in Ho Chi Minh City’s District 4 to open in early December.
Kicking off its deeper expansion into Southeast Asia, WeWork E-Town Central will be able to accommodate 1,000+ members across the four floors of the building, with other locations in Ho Chi Minh City and Hanoi in its 2019 pipeline.
With convenient access to the CBD and new urban areas, WeWork E-Town Central paves the way for accelerating the future of work in an area looking towards massive riverside development transformation. Highlighting WeWork’s commitment to uphold the highest standards, the E-Town building meets the Leadership in Energy & Environmental Design (LEED) Gold standard, marking this a globally-recognized symbol of sustainability.
Fortifying its reach in Ho Chi Minh City as part of its expanding Southeast Asian footprint, WeWork has grown to 12 locations with more than 6,000 members across the region. WeWork’s debut in Vietnam is testament to its overarching regional strategy. The company will also advance into other markets with upcoming locations in Manila, Bangkok, Jakarta, and Kuala Lumpur by the end of this year.
