On August 13, 2018, Alpha King Real Estate Development JSC officially appointed Savills Vietnam as the exclusive leasing agency for their high-end office Alpha Town and Alpha Mall—two premium properties in Ho Chi Minh City.
According to Jimmy Chan, CEO of Alpha King, this agreement symbolises the first phase of the long-term strategic collaboration between Alpha King Real Estate Development JSC and Savills Vietnam.

Located at 289 Tran Hung Dao Street, District 1, Ho Chi Minh City, Alpha Town, a 35-level asset with a gross floor area of approximately 72,019 square metres, is the only Grade A office building developed by a fully foreign-owned company in District 1.
Inspired by Vietnamese culture and traditions, the building’s façade and exteriors were inspired by the elegant shape of the traditional Vietnamese clothing—the “Ao Dai.” Standing tall among firm urban building blocks, Alpha Town makes for a stunning sight, transforming the city skyline.
