Sun Group launches Sun Premier Village Primavera

Real estate developer Sun Group on Wednesday officially launched its Sun Premier Village Primavera project in the south of Phu Quoc Island, Kien Giang Province.

Sun Premier Village Primavera is located right next to the Hon Thom cable car station in An Thoi Town, where thousands of visitors enjoy the longest cable car experience in the world and the Sun World Hon Thom Nature Park.

The project consists of two types of property: shophouse and mini-hotel. The shophouse model is designed flexibly on a 120sq.m area with three to five floors, suitable for both business and residential purposes. The mini-hotel is a separate line, designed in boutique-style hotels catering to the needs of customers.

Sun Premier Village Primavera is the focal point of the five-star resort ecosystem built by Sun Group in the south of the emerald island, which is easy to connect with luxury resorts such as JW Marriott Phu Quoc Emerald Bay, Premier Village Phu Quoc Resort, Sun Premier Village The Eden Bay and Sun Premier Village Kem Beach Resort.

The project will not only attract visitors to the Hon Thom cable car and its shophouse and mini hotel models, but also have a stable source of accommodation in the nearby resorts.

According to the master plan until 2030, along with Duong Dong and Cua Can, An Thoi Town will become one of the three largest urban areas on the emerald island. The south of Phu Quoc Island is expected to become the "capital" of economy and tourism on the island by converging world-class projects.

On the occasion of the launch, Sun Group is offering attractive sales packages to customers.

From August 15 to September 7, 2018, customers who register to purchase a shophouse in the Sorrento area will receive a loan of up to VND3 billion (US$128,755) with a flexible payment schedule.
