BIM Group to introduce Phú Quốc’s first six-star resort on Saturday

BIM Group on Saturday will officially introduce Regent Residences Phu Quoc – the first six-star resort on the island – at a ceremony in HCM City.

Regent Residences Phu Quoc is a project, marking the arrival of this global luxury hospitality brand to Viet Nam, which will set a benchmark for the resort market in the country.

Carrying the most luxurious brand of the Asian-based Regent Hotels Group, Regent Residences Phu Quoc inherits all the essence of the brand blended with typical Vietnamese traditional architecture.

Inspired by the Opal stone - a symbol of hope, belief and success - which has its colours changing under the sunlight and the ability to bring inspiration, Regent Residences Phu Quoc looks like a raw Opal stone on the blue sea surface, intermingling with the green of trees and the brown of the wood to wake up every sense.

Regent Residences Phu Quoc, located in Phu Quoc Marina, has an area of 15ha, consisting of 120 hotel rooms, 76 luxury villas and 42 sky villas with a beach view, capturing the beauty of the island.

With the designs of famous names such as Blink, Element and LPA, every villa unit of Regent Residences Phu Quoc is simple but elegant, classic but modern.

Its luxury services are the highlight of Regent Residences Phu Quoc, all with strict standards to bring comfort to customers, from a spa and a bar, to a gym and restaurants.

The developer expects Regent Residences Phu Quoc to be the top destination not only for holidays but also for investment purposes, with a minimum guaranteed profit of 9 per cent per year in nine years and a revenue-sharing policy of up to 40 per cent.

Phu Quoc Island has significant potential for luxury resort tourism, which remains largely untapped, according to the BIM Group.

The developer plans to develop Phu Quoc Marina into a luxury tourism hub of the island in particular and Viet Nam in general, in which, Regent Residences Phu Quoc is an important effort to realise this ambition.

According to a representative of the Regent Hotels Group, with a development history of nearly 50 years, Regent has set the benchmark for luxury hotels worldwide with original values in every development. “Regent is very strict in selecting partners and BIM Group meets our requirements in terms of financial, management and operation capacity.”

With the beauty of Phu Quoc Island, Regent Hotels Group believes that Regent Residences Phu Quoc will be a magnet to attract thousands of high-end customers from all over the world.
