BIM Group to officially introduce Green Bay Garden

Vietnamese developer BIM Group on Sunday will officially introduce Green Bay Garden, a mid-end project, but with developed infrastructure and luxury facilities together with an attractive profitability.

Experts said that there was a high demand for mid-end apartments, which accounted for around 60-70 per cent of the market demand.

This was the segment that saw the most stable development in the real estate market and never fell into a crisis because it met the demand of a majority of home seekers, as well as was appropriate for being a profitable investment, according to BIM Group.

Green Bay Garden would be a highlight in this segment not only for Quang Ninh real estate but also the entire realty market, with adequate legal procedures, reasonable prices, an ideal living environment and the potential to increase added value.

Being a part of Green Bay Village gated-community in BIM Group’s Halong Marina urban area, northern Quang Ninh Province, Green Bay Garden would enjoy facilities and a living environment of the gated-community with parks, swimming pools, a smart-car parking system and a kids’ playing ground, as well as gyms, an outdoor playing field, a supermarket and restaurants with round-the-clock security.

Green Bay Garden covers more than 12,300sq. metres, of which 3,000sq. metres were for the construction of 1,428 apartment units with environmentally-friendly designs.

The hotline numbers are: 0983 050 050 - 0975 822 755 - 0981 637 331.
