Jack Ma to attend VN’s e-payment forum

World famous billionaire and Alibaba chairman Jack Ma will attend the annual Viet Nam E-Payment Forum (VEPF) to be held in Ha Noi on November 6, according to the organiser.

As a speaker at the event, Jack Ma will talk about his experiences in developing e-commerce and mobile payment services in China as well as the globalisation process of Alibaba’s e-commerce platform.

Held annually, VEPF is a great opportunity for the Government, experts and businesses to sit down together and discuss the latest trends in e-payment services and the best ways to apply them in Viet Nam.

The forum was first organised in 2015. This year, the forum will highlight the explosion of worldwide mobile payment and the current trend in Viet Nam, and then suggest solutions to develop an ecosystem for mobile payment in Viet Nam.

The event is organised by online newspaper VnExpress and the National Payment Corporation of Viet Nam.
