CBRE strengthens senior management line-up

CBRE welcomed Adam Fitzpatrick as new director of Advisory & Transaction, Office Services and Capital Markets and promoted Dung Duong to senior director for CBRE Research & Consulting Services in Ho Chi Minh City.

Adam is an RICS-chartered commercial valuation surveyor with over 10 years of real estate experience. Starting out in London, Adam obtained experience in leasing, tax advisory, development consultancy, and investment agency. In the UK, he also worked with CBRE UK within Global Workplace Solutions, where he gained initial exposure to major corporate clients and significant real estate projects.

Prior to joining CBRE Vietnam, Adam held a senior role at Colliers International, Vietnam as director of Capital Markets & Investment Services. Adam has a significant network of existing clients in Vietnam and across the region, along with a solid understanding of the complexities of the Vietnamese real estate market and the nuances of doing business here.

Another significant personnel update includes the promotion of Duong Thuy Dung to senior director of CBRE Research & Consulting Services, Vietnam in July 2017.

In her new role, Dung's expanded scope includes being responsible for Hospitality and Valuation, in addition to her current purview over Research and Consulting. Dung will be involved in business development activities for CBRE Vietnam. A professional member of the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors (MRICS), Dung has been with CBRE Vietnam for 10 years.

Prior to joining CBRE, Dung worked for construction and investment company Feikema as project team leader based in the Netherlands. Some of the major developments she was involved in include the Groningen Stadium in The Netherlands, the redevelopment of Trafalgar Square in the United Kingdom, and Potzdammer in Berlin.
