BIM Group to share condotel operation with investors

Property developer BIM Group is organising a workshop on Saturday to share with investors operation, management mechanism and development plan for its flagship project on Phu Quoc Island – InterContinental Phu Quoc Long Beach Residences.

The workshop is a valuable opportunity for investors to learn about this hot condotel project on the tourism island off the coast of southern Kien Giang Province, in the context that coastal condotels have created unexpected heat in the market.

According to BIM Group, with InterContinental Phu Quoc Long Beach Residences, investors for the first time have the opportunity to own luxury resort apartments of one of the most valuable hospitality brands -- InterContinental.

InterContinental Hotels & Resort is the highest ranking brand among nine brands of IHG – the world’s leading hotel operator with 70 years of experience owning and operating five-star hotels and resorts in nearly 100 countries and territories worldwide.

IHG’s loyal club of more than 15,000 members helped ensure the group's business performance remained steady even during the economic crisis.

A rigorous hotel operator with the highest level of professionalism on every front, IHG attests to the quality and high class of all its brands.

By joining hands with BIM Group in developing InterContinental Phu Quoc Long Beach Residences, IHG has shown confidence in the growth potential of condotels in Viet Nam.

Interest in InterContinental Phu Quoc Long Beach Residences comes not only from the reputation of the developer and the operator, but also from the project's policies on sharing.

The project is open for sale with 70 per cent of its construction already complete, along with an unprecedented revenue sharing plan.

Accordingly, owners will enjoy revenue of 40 per cent– a rate which BIM Group said would be enough to cover costs and ensure profitability.

In addition, the developer is guaranteeing a return of up to nine per cent per year for nine consecutive years and will be charge of leasing for at least 20 years.

Notably, buyers will need to pay 30 per cent to be handed over the condotels and the rest can be paid by installments at zero interest rate.

BIM Group also planned to open the sale of 15 exclusive condotels with grand ocean view, which are said to the most classy and beautiful apartments on Long Beach with a wonderful view of the sunset and sunrise.

Owners of grand ocean view condotels will get 40 free nights the first two years and 20 free nights the following year, together with 12 return tickets for flight routes from Ha Noi or HCM City to Phu Quoc in the first year.

All condotels of InterContinental Phu Quoc Long Beach Residences enjoy luxury facilities, such as infinity pool, spa, round-the-clock restaurant and pool bar, as well as sky bar and gym.

The project has been designed and developed by the internationally-recognised names such as PTW from Australia, Group8Asia from Switzerland, AW2 from France and Element Studio from Singapore.

Its sale agent is MGV Real Estate, along with Home2Home, HTLand, S.House and Eagle Land.
