Phu Quoc luxury condotel project attracts investors

InterContinental Phu Quoc Long Beach Residences, the luxury condotel project on Phu Quoc Island that opened for sales on April 22, has attracted a large number of investors.

Hundreds of investors were present for its sales opening in HCM City, organised by developer BIM Group in coordination with sales agent MGV.

One of the premium luxury condotel projects in Viet Nam, InterContinental Phu Quoc Long Beach Residences is a collaboration between the prestigious InterContinental Hotels Group (IHG) and BIM Group.

Seeing the huge response, the developer put more units for sale at the opening. Khanh Ha, a buyer, said: “I select projects to invest in very carefully. I am convinced by InterContinantal Phu Quoc Long Beach Residences, not only because of the reputations of the developer and the operator, but also by its promising returns.”

The developer has guaranteed an annual profit of 9 per cent in nine years, along with an unprecedented revenue sharing policy of 40 per cent.

Michael Hoe-Knudsen, general manager of IHG in Việt Nam, said the group is confident of ensuring that the condotel project has world-class standards. IHG has 70 years of experience in operating luxury hotels and resorts and is known for its premium, quality service.

“We are proud to have the opportunity to collaborate with InterContinental,” Le Minh Dung, director of BIM Group’s property business, said.

Dung said the InterContinental Phu Quoc Long Beach Residences would be designed and operated following IHG’s strict standards. The project is a strategic, breakthrough step for the BIM Group in its resort property development plans, he added.

InterContinental Phu Quoc Long Beach Residences has 115 condotels and five luxury villas, with modern facilities such as an infinity pool, pool bar, sky bar and 900-seat meeting room.
