BIM introduces luxury condotel project to sales agents

Property developer BIM Group recently introduced Citadines Marina Halong, the first luxury condotel project in Quang Ninh Province, to sales agents.

The developer said the sales agents appreciated the project for its quality and said it has good investment potential, as condotels are an emerging trend in the property market.

With professional management by Ascott Limited, one of the world’s leading service apartment operators, and attractive sales policies by the developer, Citadines Marina Halong is expected to attract a lot of market attention, a representative of G5 Property Trading Floor Alliance said.

Citadines Marina Halong consists of 637 condotels and 176 luxury apartments, all overlooking Ha Long Bay. The project offers modern facilities such as an infinity swimming pool, a rooftop pool, restaurants and supermarkets, gyms and smart car parking system.

The 30-storey project, located in Ha Long Marina Urban Area in Ha Long City, will also benefit from the area’s already developed infrastructure and will have good connectivity with the surrounding complexes.

The Singapore-based Ascott Limited now has three major brands: Ascott, Citadines and Somerset. It is already operating a number of luxury projects in Ha Noi and HCM City, such as Somerset Grand Hanoi, Somerset West Lake and Somerset Chancellor Court.

The BIM Group is behind a number of high-profit projects such as InterContinental Phu Quoc Long Beach Resort & Residences, Boutique Hotels Phu Quoc Waterfront, Royal Square – Crowne Plaza Vientiane Laos and Aeon Mall Ha Dong.
