Customers have shown strong interest in luxury apartments in the Bora Bora Tower by Kusto Home, judging by the participation and number of booked condominium at the introduction event held on November 26.

More than 500 guests attended the event to introduce a collection of choice condominium of Bora Bora Tower at the luxurious waterfront development Diamond Island developed by Kusto Home. 85 per cent of released units were snapped up in the event. Hong Nga, one of the first guests at the event, signed a place holder contract. Nga said she and her family had to wait so long in order to book for a condominium at Diamond Island.

“We like the quiet green space, the proximity to nature and privacy of Diamond Island. The project also has a range of excellent facilities for families such as the 2,300-square-metre resort swimming pool including a 50-metre lap pool, Outdoor Jacuzzi, Spa and Sport Complex and amenities for children including the Pirate ship Water Park, Outdoor Library. In the near future, when Giong Ong To bridge has completed, I will significantly shorten the time only 10 minutes to move to the city centre,” she said.

Another guest from Hanoi said he was looking to buy a Bora Bora condominium because he impressed with the design of the apartments.“I really like how the design ensures ample space for the room and brings natural light into the house. Especially, Bora Bora tower has the best view of the sunrise and the Saigon River.”

The event also attracted a number of expat guests. “I am extremely impressed by the way Diamond Island built the project, with green area of up to 86.5 per cent, equivalent to 16sq.m of greenery per person, an extremely high figure even compared to Singapore,” said Chu Lim, Singaporean who has been living in Vietnam for 10 years.

“There are hard-to-find advantages such as a beautiful location on three sides surrounded by rivers luxury facilities such as Marina and Water Taxi for residents; the international community from 29 countries. It takes only 10 minutes to the city center. Is there any reason that can make me hesitate?” he said.

“We have received very positive response for the Hawaii Tower since its launch in July this year,” said Murat Utemisov, CEO of Kusto Home. “With its prime location, quality and integrated lifestyle concept, we believe Bora Bora Tower will continue to attract discerning home buyers who are on the lookout for well-executed projects developed by a reputable developer. We strongly commit that the quality of construction and finishing materials will be ensured with the cooperation with Coteccons - the leading construction company in Vietnam. All buyers of Diamond Island will receive a bank guarantee from the financial partner Techcombank upon signing SPA, to ensure the safety of investments.”

According to a Kusto Home representative, wealthy people tend to move from downtown to the neighbourhood, especially to the east of Ho Chi Minh City.

“Bora Bora is the best choice for families who want to enjoy life each day at the "heaven of rest" in a modern and civilisedresidential community,” the representative said.

Bora Bora tower, which belongs to the second phase of Diamond Island, offers a stunning sunrise and view of the Saigon river from residents’ condominium that will fill them with energy and joy.

The tower is adjacent to the pool area, which is designed in the resortstyle, and the sport complex.
