Phu My Hung sells 90 per cent of condos in phase 2

More than one month after the highly successful first phase of sales of its hot project, Saigon South Residences, Phu My Hung Development Corporation on Sunday announced the second phase too was a success.

Ninety per cent of 400 apartments were sold.

Promptly at 9am on Sunday over 1,000 hopeful customers had come for the event. They were very excited since Saigon South Residences is well-known for its affordable prices starting at VND2 billion for a condo but also the high quality that is the hallmark of the giant real estate developer Phu My Hung Development Corporation.

The project is also famous for its very successful first phase of sales when 100 per cent of the apartments on offer were sold.

Like the previous time the customers had to take part in a draw to win the right to buy an apartment. The draw was deeply appreciated by customers since it ensured equal chances for all to buy and helped avoid speculation as one customer could buy only one unit.

The developer said many foreigners are interested in the project. Thirty had come to the event, with half of them sucessful in buying the new condos

Apartments with a view of the river and Phu My Hung New City Centre were sold at first. Customers said they chose these apartments because they would bring benefits whether they lived in them or leased them out. Furthermore, the number of condos with such views was limited, which meant the clamour for them was even greater.

Phu My Hung announced that there would be no more sales at this project until the end of this year. Those who were unable to buy condos this time can take part in the third phase of sales, which is expected to be in the first quarter of next year.

Explaining the project’s attractiveness, experts said Saigon South Residences contains all factors that make a project successful.

The developer’s prestige is the most important thing and Phu My Hung is undeniably prestigious. In more than 23 years in Viet Nam, the company has built nearly 100 projects and fulfilled all its commitments.

Transparency is another factor and Phu My Hung has ensured this by selling condos through draw of lots.

Services and security are available all day and 69 on-site facilities & services will be developed.

More importantly, local transport infrastructure will be highly developed by 2019 when the project finishes, making it very convenient for residents to travel within District 7 as well as to other parts of HCM City.

The guarantees offered by banks and preferential interest rates are very attractive. Instalments adding up to 50 per cent over 38 months is a factor that is attracting customers.

Saigon South Residences will be completed at the end of 2019.
