Kusto Home makes the new Diamond Island an ideal home

Kusto Home Vietnam – developer of Diamond Island – on May 26 announced the ground-breaking ceremony for the new Diamond Island.

Customers of Diamond Island are progressive and successful parents who stress on kid’s rounded development and family values. In the era when our kids are more familiar with technological gadgets than outdoor activities, Kusto Home aims to build up an ideal place for kids to enjoy their complete childhood and a place for all members in family to relax and enjoy their gathering moments to the fullest.

Taking the advantage of the value of the only island in Ho Chi Minh City, Kusto Home creates a unique island living where the residents can quickly stay away from the hustle and bustle of the city, and enjoy beautiful landscape and unique resort living.

“The second phase is designed to bring more values for kids and family. The architects and all facilities are well thought to bring in the best to children and all family’s member. Children will have more healthy playground, grand-parents will enjoy fresh air and beautiful zen garden, working parents will relax in a resort island style environment,” Murat Utemisov, chairman of Kusto Home Vietnam said in the ceremony.

The second phase of Diamond Island is developed under the concept Paradise Island which continue to stress on landscape and nature. Understanding the dreams of kids and parents, many advanced facilities will be added: such as a 50-metre length Olympic standard lap pool, a 2,300 square metre resort swimming pool, kid’s water park, outdoor library, zen garden, a football field and promenade on the river. Outstandingly, a totally new “double view” living room concept will be introduced – 80 per cent of units will have riverview and 20 per cent will have garden and swimming pool view. The total investment capital of the second phase is VND946 billion.

Kusto Home will continue with its trustful construction and design partner in the first phase, Coteccons, with an aim to ensure product quality and progress.

Nguyen Ba Duong, chairman of Coteccons, said: “Being a construction contractor in many high-end residential projects, we commit to keeping the progress of the project and provide the best quality to Diamond Island’s customers and residents. It is our mission, our responsibility.”

Kusto Home is a member of Kusto Group – a private holding company headquartered in Singapore and operating in nine countries: Vietnam, China, Thailand, Russia, Kazakhstan, Ukraine, Turkey, Georgia and Israel.

Entering Vietnam in 2006, Kusto Group invests in diversified fields including construction materials manufacturing, oil and gas production, energy, development, civil construction, venture/IT and agriculture.
