New facilities planned for scenic Gamuda Gardens

Renowned Malaysian-backed developer, Gamuda Land Vietnam, has just announced plans to build a number of new facilities and amenities in its integrated lifestyle township Gamuda Gardens in Hanoi’s Hoang Mai district.

The new facilities which are aimed at improving residents’ quality of life include the 3 Son Health Care and Service Centre (3 Son Building), Little Maple and Blossoms Kindergartens, and the Red River Petrol Station and Retail Service Centre.

3 Son Health Care and Service Centre

Spreading out over 4,712 square metres on the main road in the township, the 3 Son Building has three levels and provides a variety of services from entertainment to comprehensive healthcare.

The facilities include a 434sq.m nutrition clinic, a healthcare centre, a beauty salon, a medical clinic, a supermarket, offices, a fast-food court, and a recreational centre.

With a pool of experience and an expansive distribution network of quality nutritional products, 3 Son JSC is one of the official distributors of products such as Vitality Milk JSC (VitaDairy), DairyGoat JSC, and Eneright NurFo Company Limited.

The products distributed by 3 Son JSC are currently on the shelves at more than 2,000 agents, shops, and supermarkets throughout Vietnam. The presence of 3 Son JSC and 3 Son Health Care and Service Centre indicate developer Gamuda Land Vietnam’s strong commitment to cultivating a healthy and balanced lifestyle for Gamuda Gardens’ residents.

Little Maple Kindergarten and Blossoms Kindergarten

Owned by the Little Maple JSC, Little Maple and Blossoms kindergartens will be built on a 2,588sq.m and 2,533sq.m space, respectively.

With programmes from the Ministry of Education and Training and the internationally-recognised Montessori method, the two kindergartens will help children living at Gamuda Gardens to develop the necessary skills to study bilingual programmes at international schools.

Encompassing 15 fully-fitted classes, Little Maple will enroll students from 18 months to six years old. Blossoms, meanwhile, will have ten classes for more than 200 students aged three to six years. Little Maple is to welcome its first class of students by the end of 2019, while Blossoms will welcome theirs by early 2017.

Little Maple JSC has a nationally-certified track record following its successful operation of four other kindergartens in Hanoi’s districts.

Red River Petrol Station and Retail Service Centre

Built on an area of 2,138sq.m and located next to ring road 3, the Red River Petrol Station and Retail Service Centre has eight filling stations, motor vehicle service centres, car parking, a shopping centre, and fast food outlets.

The service centre will cater for residents as well as drivers on ring road 3.

The Song Hong Trading Service Company Limited has now grown into one of the leading firms in commercial passenger transportation.

Residents at Gamuda Gardens, the best residential township in Hanoi, also benefit from a comprehensive suit of other state-of-the-art facilities and amenities, including Gamuda Gardens Club with its Olympic-d swimming pool, a gym, a sauna, a tennis court, a conference room, and a restaurant.

An international education system is also available to residents through the Singapore International School (SIS) and IQ Montessori kindergarten.

Strategically located near the southern gateway to Hanoi, Gamuda Gardens was awarded the Best Residential Development in Hanoi at the Vietnam Property Awards and Malaysia Landscape Architecture Awards in 2015.

Just a 15-minute drive from the city centre, the residents and the visitors now have an easy commute from the heart of the capital via ring road 3, Giai Phong street, Tam Trinh road or highways 1A and 1B.

Hanoi People’s Committee has recently agreed to build a 2.6 kilometre long, 40 metre wide road linking up with the Red River dyke and leading directly to the township.
