Gamuda Land Vietnam officially launched the Mansions Villa and Garden Homes Terrace on September 20 as part of the second phase of the Gamuda Gardens township in Hanoi.

Regarded as the finest landed houses of the second phase, the Mansions Villa covers 23 units, while the Garden Homes Terrace has 124 units. The introduction drew an overwhelming response from more than 1,000 customers.

Hoang Duc Hai, a customer who preferred the Mansions Villa, said, “I have been interested in landed houses by Gamuda Land Vietnam for years, as I have known about the Malaysian developer’s reputation as well as commitment to quality and construction progress. However, we have decided to choose one unit, as I find that this product is truly appropriate for my family, as our parents will live with us too. I am content with this product’s design, which maximises open-air space and lush greenery.”

Strategically located at Tropical precinct, the Mansions Villa offers an elegant design, with four sides facing an open area. Each villa has a yard and a garden, so residents can live within a healthy, green environment. The highlight of the Mansions Villa is the indoor courtyard, which not only showcases the architecture, but also creates natural ventilation and lighting for the house. The Mansions Villa provides a flexible land , from 287 square metres to 500sqm, with a built-up area of up to 418sqm.

Meanwhile, located at Eden precinct, the Garden Homes Terrace with three floors, are well-designed to meet the demand of young families, with capacity to expand in the future without affecting the foundation of the building and the landscape. Land ranges from 115sqm to 152sqm, and the built-up area is up to 210sqm. Currently, the foundations of 46 units of Garden Homes Terrace have been completed, and the houses are scheduled to hit the market by the end of 2017.

During the launch, Gamuda Land Vietnam also signed a deal with Red River Tourism & Trading Corporation to build a petrol station and retail centre on the CC8 land of the Gamuda Gardens. This establishment is expected to provide quality facilities in the Gamuda Gardens and the surrounding areas.

“The establishment of the petrol station and retail centre shows our commitment to developing the best managed township in Hanoi. Upon completion, this setting will also become a busy petrol station in the Southern corridor of Hanoi,” said Cheong Ho Kuan, general director of Gamuda Land Vietnam.

Located in Hoang Mai district, the Gamuda Gardens, an integrated lifestyle township, covers 73 hectares. It is one of the four main components of the Gamuda City – a new mega city on 500ha in the south of Hanoi. Once completed, the Gamuda Gardens will provide more than 2,000 high-end units, including villas, semi-detached and terraced units, and apartments.

Gamuda Land, formed in 1995 as the property development division of Gamuda Berhad - Malaysia’s leading construction and infrastructure group - has successfully developed iconic and award-winning townships in Malaysia, such as the Kota Kemuning, Valencia, and Bandar Botanic. Besides the Gamuda City, its current portfolio also includes Jade Hills, Madge Mansions, the Robertson in the Klang Valley and Horizon Hills in Iskandar, Johor.

Poised to be the next prime destination in Hanoi, the Gamuda City showcases the best of entertainment, education, medicine, hospitality, business, and life experiences.

“With our vision as the premier developer of innovative lifestyle projects, Gamuda Land Vietnam commits to building innovative and quality properties to complete quality lifestyles,” Kuan said.
