Novaland launches 100 first apartments for Viet kieu, foreigners

Novaland real estate developer has introduced a programme called 100 First Apartments for Viet Kieu (Overseas Vietnamese) and Foreigners to welcome the newly amended Housing Law, which became effective on July 1.

 

The programme starts at the beginning of the month at four HCM City projects: Sun Avenue in District 2; Botanica in Tan Binh District; Lucky Palace in District 6; and Sunrise City View in District 7.

In addition, many attractive promotions have been launched, including lease support, money refunds, and free return air tickets.
