Property developers in VN win Asia-Pacific awards

The Nam Long Investment Group (HOSE listed as NLG) was recently honoured at the Asia Pacific Property Awards 2015 for three of its projects.

The company received the Architecture Multiple Residence Vietnam award for its Water Point Project in Long An Province. Its Ehome 5 The Bridgeview project in HCM City was awarded the Residential Development for Vietnam and its Ehome 3 in HCM City received the Development Marketing for Vietnam award.

CapitaLand, a developer from Singapore, won the Best Condominium in Vietnam for its Vista Verde, and Savills Vietnam was named Best Real Estate Agency and Best Property Consultancy in the country.

The awards ceremony, held in Kuala Lumpur, attracted the participation of more than 30 countries and territories.
