Little Vietnam receives Asia-Pacific Property Award 2015

Little Vietnam, a tourism and commercial housing project developed by Syrena Vietnam under BIM Group, was honoured last week at the Asia- Pacific Property Awards 2015 as a highly commended mix-used development.

The 20-year-old awards are sponsored by Bloomberg and is one of the most prestigious accolades given to most prominent housing, service and commercial projects in the region.

The project, located in Ha Long city- home to Ha Long Bay, a world wonder- helps connect Halong Marina luxury apartment building and two major tourism destinations, Bai Chay and Tuan Chau.

The 3.3-hectare project carries a unique architectural design which replicates Hanoi’s Old Quarters and Hoi An’s Ancient Town, so each resident can open a business at their house as well.

Little Vietnam and other award recipients in the region will compete with winners from Europe, Africa and North America at the end of this year for the honour of best property projects in the world.

This is the second straight year that Syrena Vietnam honorably receives the Asia-Pacific Property Awards.

“The awards are an evidence for our non-stop efforts to raise our projects’ quality and it will be a motivation for us to develop other projects in Hanoi, Phu Quoc, and Laos,” said Le Minh Dung, managing director in charge of property and resort constructions at BIM Group.

Dung also said the company is working on Intercontinental Phu Quoc, a five-star resort with 400 modern luxury rooms built by the sea, and Crowne Plaza Vientiane, a hotel- shopping mall-office mix right at Laos’ capital.

“We hope that each project invested by Syrena Vietnam of BIM Group will help raise the value and quality of life in urban areas,” Dung added.
